salam.....nak tanya ni.....ada satu laptop compaq ni dia pki Mouse optical, pastu dia cucuk kat salah satu port USB, dah guna beberapa minit, kuar error "the USB is not recognise" pastu aku cabut n pasang n restart, xjd gak. pastu cucuk kat port lain gak, ok. apa mslhnya sebenarnya? n how to solve it?

mmm dah ok ke blom ni...
memula ok pastu tak ok
guna port usb lain pun tak OK
sambung usb port pc lain ke ok?
kalau laptop tu tak ok pc lain ok..
cuba update usb driver or chiptset driver for laptop tu

usb tu ada problem..pc customer aku byk kena..beli harga murah..rm10 hinggit..camtu la error dia..nak tanya ts..ni mouse haga bape??

besar kemungkinan software problem tp ada kebarangkalian jgk hardware problem.
cuba try cucuk pendrive tgk masalah yg sama berlaku atau x.
pastu report kat sini.

dia pki xp........tapi bila cucuk xternal hdd, blh lak
