    hallo.......nak tanya ni....ada satu pc kat tmpt aku ni, bila time nk buka benda lain, dia akan kuar Ms.Word, contohnya, time aku nk open Paint ke, apa s/w selain dr Ms.Word dia akan Ms.Word. kalau aku nk open dxdiag pun xblh. apa masalahnya?
    ni spec pc tu.....

    buat full scan AV dan Malwarebytes dlu..pastu tgk hasilnyer cemana Basketball

    try dulu perform full scan.

    Ni last: rasanya disebabkan bekas-bekas virus yang ditinggalkan. Try reinstall Ms Office

    Hati2 la gak bile nak cari pape remover kat internet, silap2 dpt yg fake, dlm 2 ade spyware!!

    Paling di percayai surf google, cari "spybot search and destroy" (utk anti spyware)

    kalau yang complete utilities tu aku guna TuneUp Utilities. kalau nak yang ringan (saiz kecik + free) guna ccCleaner.
