funds tu.. salah 1 maybe blh hire core programmers (team) untuk develop
1 software yg btol2 demand dlm market... (need research) lol, aku dlu
ade gak dah nk hire programmer buat keje cmne tp sbb nk cari org msia
gak yg jd programmer so tu yg jadi susah tu.

Penah gak dlu aku attend kursus mcm ni gak kot. Few years ago, masa zaman
baru habis diploma. Tp xigt MSC pny project ke x. Ade brape2 stage gak dat time,
tp aku rase aku ngn member2 malas nk cont ke xdpt tah..lol xbp igt..dan
kalo xslh lagi skali, last stage kene stay 6 bulan lak kt satu tempat untuk
siapkan everything dari paper work to product(s).

xtau la plak kalo yang ni sama ngn zex pny. tu la kalo nk pakai funding
untuk project niche marketing, nk kata banyak pakai duit tu xla unless
banyak outsourcing. Mcm Mag ckp, outsource PPC (untuk advertising) kt CDM.

Pape pun, gunakan funding tu elok2 nanti... focus pd ape yg btol2 perlukan
je..

Inilah permainan master-master yg terer PPC mcm Phoenixwunin, Kai Kiske, Engrista dan Crimson Star.

Apa itu taguchi??

Untuk memudahkan korang faham... aku explain ikut cara aku sendiri.
Taguchi ni adalah testing method yg uji hampir setiap satu elemen-elemen dalam sesebuah sales letter, landing page atau the whole website untuk carik kombinasi elemen yang paling bagus conversionnya.

For example... background pink, green, dark green, and black... yg mana bawa conversion lebih baik?
Kemudian font... size font.. jenis font.. dan berbagai lagi.

Normal PPC player main dengan perenggan dan headline jer... these people go much more in-depth dengan benda yang bernama taguchi ni sampai ke tahap benda sebesar zarah yg boleh di test pun akan di test untuk bawa conversion lebih tinggi.

Misal kata Phoenixwunin... dia pakai 'Affiliate Prophet' yg capable untuk Taguchi testing... kemudian dia try buat tiga website dengan background berbeza. Test dan kemudian di dapati background dengan color dark blue increase conversion 2.4%.

Kemudian try dengan different header plak... guna taguchi method juga. Increase conversion another 3.5%.
Try different 'hero - heroine picture' dalam landing page dia... increse conversion by another 2.1%.

Now let see... baru cuba testing tiga elemen iaitu background, header dan hero pics... dah increase conversion by 8%.

8% is not little untuk kita sebagai IM'ers.
Kalau website Phoenix tu bawa conversion about USD 3,500 per month... increase another 8% bermakna pendapatan bertambah menjadi USD 3,780 per month.

This is taguchi.


So apa yang justin kata dan offer adalah:

1) Dia tolong binakan 3 website untuk korang.
2) Dia tolong test kan guna Taguchi method sehabis extreme menurut kemampuan dia.
3) Dia akan test dengan USD 100 untuk tgk conversions dan make sure the site 'sells very well'.

Secara simplenya... ketiga-tiga service di atas adalah salah satu form 'outsourcing' yang amatlah extreme sbb kita bukan suruh simple filipino or indian outsourcers yg tak tau apa-apa buat.

Kita minta mereka yang jauh lebih pakar dari kita buat.


So what can we do??

-Use website service dia.. either EasyTaguchi atau BizAwake untuk dapatkan website dan sistem yg known to work.
-Guna pulak consultation one hour dia tuh dan tanya mcm mana nak expand business tu sampai ke tahap USD 10,000 per niche (very-very possible... it's not hard if you know how).
-Barulah upah outsourcers untuk settlekan the rest mcm customers management (in case customer email korang untuk rant atau minta refund or puji korang ke).

But ini cuma suggestion... aku tak larat nak tolong korang byk2 sbb aku hook dengan apa yg aku buat sekarang ni. Dan aku tak rasa mereka yg lain mcm Kai Kiske dan Phoenix willing to help as well.

So the best adalah get outside help mcm Justin punya service tu.

Ada byk lagi people yg mungkin boleh tolong.

For example... boleh cuba emel James Schramko dan offer dia USD 5,000 untuk direct one-on-one tutorial. Alex Edevane ada service yg sama (this one superior... sbb dia bukan guna method usual untuk buat duit dlm niche marketing... all he uses is list.. list.. and list.. aku kenal someone yg buat sampai USD 60,000 per month average guna method Alex Edevane ni). Mungkin Travis Sago sanggup... though percentage dia cuma 0.5% jer. Travis adalah people yg tak mau duit tapi nak reducekan masa bekerja dia. Kalau dia ajar korang... masa dia bertambah. So maybe dia reluctant. But no harm in trying right?


And then famous peeps yg decide untuk go to the spotlight... mcm Patric Chan (office dia kat e-Gate Gelugor.. depan Tesco.. btol-btol sebelah maktab Phoenix), Stephen Pierce, Russel Brunson and so on. Diorang juga ada offer service mcm yg Justin offer selalunya... ko boleh try.

But normally aku takkan cari these kind of people. Aku kurang suka pada mereka yg decide untuk go for the spotlight... and respek aku adalah lebih pada underground player... but then nothing wrong kalau korang nak test. Budget korang banyak.

Consultation tuh priority by the way. Sbb itulah yg akan buka lembaran idea2 baru untuk korang nanti.

Dah finish Crowd Control DVD dalam Mass Control 2.0?? Some aspect and element dalam Mass Control 2.0.. kalau ko fahami akan menerangkan pada ko kenapa above headline is not a good one.

Most IM'ers maybe akan kata that's a good headline... sebab headline tu incite curiosity... but for me it isn't.
Cuba you check Mass Control 2.0 punya system again... week 2 berkenaan 'storyline'.
If you understand those aspects very well... headline and most other copywriting aspect won't give you any kind of problems anymore.

Come on man... aku tak pernah suka log-in forum sebenarnya... but now are rather interested sebab ada juga orang Melayu yang berani take risk ambil Mass Control 2.0. So I'd be very interested to see how much you can progress.

Of course.. no help from me though. Membazirkan masa aku...

But MC 2.0 it self is already a big help for you.

That's why student and client aku yang within Malaysia and Singapore semua aku tak encourage sangat stick with Malaysian's IM'ers...
Because most IM'ers dari Malaysia ada mindset yang terlalu limited. Three things that made them so typical and losers:

1) Ebook.. Ebook.. Ebook.. hanya some yang approach differently through video and so on.



2) Value. Most Malaysian doesn't have faith in delivering TRUE values. Contohnya seorang owner produk yang ajar reader buat duit di internet. Daripada 10 bahagian ilmu dia... dia hanya akan ajar 3/10 dalam ebook pertama. Kemudian another 2/10 dalam ebook kedua. Dan another 2/10 dalam ebook ketiga. Semua hanya 7/10 dari keseluruhan ilmu yang sebenar. The rest is up to the buyers to figure it out. We call this principle as 'touching on the tip of the iceberg only'.

Reasonnya... supaya:
a. Customer sentiasa akan datang lagi pada kita for more.
b. Reduce competition.

Both reason in my opinion is BS.

The real business that will make you thousands of dollars is VALUE for god sake.

Ajar semua 10/10. If they love you... they'll definitely buy more from you. In fact... they will DEMAND more from you.
This is my business model... and it has made me an unimaginable amount of money.



3) Make Money Online.. MLM.. Make Money Online.. MLM. Come on fellas... there's trillions of other niches out there. ;-)






Oh by the way... Mass Control 2.0 has also been released by Frank Kern himself. 830 copies to be sold this time if I'm not mistaken. USD 1997 each. And this will be the last time this course will ever be sold.

Get this one at any cost!! If you have the money though ;-)

dan kepada kawan2 baru yang tak dapat mengikuti thread lama putera dulu berkaitan niche yang di bangunkan oleh phoenixwunin kita, aku ada buat backup sket thread tu sehingga ke 4 Januari 2009... dan selepas itu lates2 post sehingga putera ni down, aku tak dapat nak backup ..

tapi yang mula2 post tu byk basic nyer kepade sesape yg nk blaja..

but aku save dia dalam low version..

so utk mod pembacaan memang kurang selesa dan pening2 sikit laa.. tapi pandai2 la korang nak baca slagi value tu masih ada dalam tu..
