tak tau di mana silapnya, seringkali bila nak keluar dari program microsoft office..terutamanya word and powerpoint, cam ada 'crash' seperti dalam gambar ni..

ada tak sesiapa yg tau punca dan camna cara nak menyelesaikan masalah ni?dah pakai 3 cd yang berbeza tetap menghadapi masalah yang sama..harap dapatlah membantu saya..

Cuba install Service Pack 1 untuk Office 2007 awak jika belum, rasanya ini dapat fix problem tu ..

lagi satu, tadi dah cuba cari solution kat internet, dalam Crash Upon Closing Word 2007 in Word Application Errors, dia kata error Fault Module Name: mso.dll mungkin melibatkan registry problem so dia bg link kat sini Start-up Problems - - Tracing Start-up Problems to the Normal Template..masalahnya saya tak tak berapa nak faham arahan dia ni..ada sesiapa blh jelaskan dalam Bahasa Melayu?

Oftentimes, problems starting Word can be traced back to a corrupt Normal.dot file. If you’re having problems starting Word, you should check that the problem is not with the Normal.dot template before you reinstall the software.

First, locate the Normal.dot template using My Computer or Windows Explorer. The location will vary from computer to computer, depending on options you specified during the original installation and which version of Windows you are using. However, the file path is most likely C:\Documents and settings\Application data\Microsoft\Templates. Once you have located the file, rename it by using the shortcut menu.

manakala untuk masalah Fault Module Name: hpz3r5ha.dll tu saya ada buka satu website tentang Microsoft Office 2007 Crash EVERY TIME..saya harap ada member2 di putera.com yang dapat translate ke bm agar dapat membantu saya..

Cuba run MS Office Diagnostics Tool ..

Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office Diagnostics

Boleh bagi spec PC dan versi Vista ?

ni specs n versi vista..

Spec. dah power ...

Cuba solve Word dulu ..

1. Start Regedit.
2. Pergi ke HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data
3. Klik kanan pada "Data" folder dan delete.
4. Close Regedit dan restart.

Kekadang, conflict dengan 3rd party printer driver, jika ada diinstall misalnya HP printer, cuba uninstall dulu ..

Note: Sila backup "Data" folder tu sebelum delete.

p/s:tiada satu penyelesaian tentang Office 12 crash, kebanyakan suggest supaya tukar ke OpenOffice atau MSO 2003.

bro..saya try buka regedit tapi tak jumpa HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data yang bro katakan tu..saya bagi screenshot ni..



buat masa ni saya cuma try tukar default printer to MS XPS..pasal bila saya try cari solution kat internet dia kata "Seems to be related to an HP printer driver problem. This is the clue to it: hpz3r5ha.dll. Solution seems to be update your printer drivers or try changing the default printer to MS XPS[/b]"..so, alhamdulillah setakat ni tak keluar crash tu lagi..tapi kalau saya tukar default printer kepada HP Deskjet F4100 series, memang akan crash semula..

so,saya rasa tepatlah cam bro katakan crash tu berpunca daripada conflict dengan 3rd party printer driver..

cuma masalah powerpoint Fault Module Name: mso.dll, masih tak dapat lagi caranya..

anyway,thanks sgt2 kerana membantu..actually, laptop yang saya guna sebelum ni juga menghadapi masalah yang sama..ingatkan masalah cd installer tapi dah try lain2 cd pun sama ja..so, hope bemanfaat juga untuk semua yg menghadapi masalah yang sama..

Sekadar pertanyaan, Office tu ori ke cr@ck punya ? ...

Kebanyakan patch/crack akan replace mso.dll ori untuk lepas registrations.

heheh..office tu cra@ck jer bro..sorilah klu buang masa bro jer nak reply post ni disebabkan hal tu..anyway, hari tu ada post nak tanya pasal office ori klu lepas format ori lagi tak ngan camna 3 users yg dimaksudkan dalam office yg ori tu, cam antivirus gak ker..tapi takder yg sudi merespons..so, tangguh dulula hajat nak mendapatkan yg ori..

Apa yang saya faham ... 3 users yang dimaksudkan rasanya begini, jika berbelas kali pun awak install Office tu dalam 1 PC tertentu (bukan tukar2), ia masih 1 user, ada lagi 2 users balance ... jika diinstall dalam 3 PC berbeza, itu baru limit ... rasanya laa ...

ok..thanks bebanyak bro..anyway, masalah crash tu bila saya tukar default printer kepada Microsoft XPS Document Writer, saya dah tak hadapi masalah pada semua program microsoft office setakat ni..alhamdulillah..ingat masalah pasal setup ni cra@ck punya..heheh..so, kalau nak beli office yg ori, lagi baik rasanya saya cari kawan2 yg nak kongsi kan? eh, tapi klu format laptop or pc, dia still dapat tahu tu laptop or pc tu tak bertukar2 ker?
