    fullammakk...dasat laa...tapi aku rasa cam susah jer laa nak dapat body ketul2..tuh...ada gak baca bini ahli bina badan negara tuh..kena jaga makan suma...susah laa...eh tapi aku tak pernah gi gym..dulu masa sekolah jer...sori arr aku menyibuk disini...hahahahhaha....

    Salam bro bata...lama dh ak x masuk Putera ni..( sekian lama tunggu akaun ak admin idopkn )hehe.

    wah bro sempoi badan...dlu ko kurus kan...ko nye genetik jenis ectomorph btol x..? Ak pn jenis ectomorph...umur bro skrg dh brp..?

    jd kesempatan ni ak nk minta tolong bro bata...bleh x bro sediakan panduan utk ak yg jenis ectomorph ni utk membesar..dr sudut pemakanan , jenis workout , jadual n apa2 lah yg berkaitan aka tips2 utk membesar...ak punya badan skrg mcm bdn ko masa ko dulu2 tu ( dlm gmbr pegang processor ngan ada kotak mobo DFi...haha ...semoga bro sudi turunkn ilmu utk membesar...Thanks !

    ni lama punya cerita ni...kalo igt ms thread dlu2 tu pn aku baru nak belajar.
    lps dah berjaya tu aku kerja sbg fitness instructor kejap..heehe

    pd aku tk perlu beli...kalo nak beli gak ikut suka ko la.

    tp ni tips aku.

    Sebelum workout :
    1) ambik gmbr pandangan depan dan sisi, untuk BEFORE pic
    2) ambik gmbr setiap awal/akhir bulan, dgn posisi yg sama
    3) setkan goal short term dan long term
    4) kalo ada badan idola lg bgus

    benda ni penting untuk mengelakkan mental breakdown.

    Spiritual :
    1) Drive, dedication, determination >>> 3 ni kena ada
    Drive = apa yg membuatkan ko start, seru lah org kata
    Dedication = apa yg membuatkan disiplin dari segi diet dan training
    Determination = kesungguhan ntuk berjaya

    Training :
    -dapatkan kekuatan asas dulu, tk perlu buat exercise yg fancy sbb mula2 selalunya kadar kekuatan agak lemah
    -buat ibu untuk setiap exercise.

    ok ni contoh untuk fullbody workout, 3x per week. Aku panggil 3x5 exercise, dia lebih kpd nak build size dan bagi foundation strength kpd ko.
    stay kepada workout ni antara 1-3 bulan hinggalah berat yang di angkat tu dah cukup ok, kita tukar ke splits.

    Chest
    -benchpress 3x5

    Deltoids
    military press 3x5

    Back & Lats
    deadlift 3x5 @ 3x3
    pullup 2x8

    Legs
    Squat 3x5


    Diet :

    -makan 5-6x sehari. kita panggil meal, even minum susu pun dikira 1 meal.
    -setiap kali makan pastikan ada protein based food.
    -ok ni contoh aku dlu kt bawah

    bfast : Oatmeal + 2-5 biji telur + susu/kopi @ omelet
    10 AM : tuna sandwich/peanut butter sandwich
    lunch : nasi campur + dada ayam + telur + sayur
    post-wo : protein shake
    dinner : chicken grilled/ayam tandoori + capati
    supper : susu rendah lemak


    kalo ada duit lebih, boleh ambik protein, jenguk2lah thread aku kt SINI
    hehehe...sempat promot lak....ni hrga wholesale dah ni

    ko bagi masa at least setahun untuk tgk progress yg betul2.
    ni dlu progress aku setahun dgn dedicate diet n train cam kt atas
