    salam semua...sy ade masalah la time format laptop..time beli dh ade windows xp..tp dh lame ingat nk format laptop ni..memula start format semua ok..bace driver semua ok..tp bile time kite nk pilih samada creat partition atau terus install windows, laptop tiba2 mati..dh try tukar cd lain pn same gak..sy saspek ade masalah hardware tp xtau ape dia...mintak pertolongan dr semua..

    ni spec laptop sy..
    -acer aspire 3628ANWXCi
    -intel pentium processor735A (1.7Ghz,400 mhz fsb,2mb cache)
    -14.1" WXGA wide TFT LCD
    -intel GMA 900
    -60GB HDD
    -DVD/CD-RW Combo
    -1.2 GB DDR2 [256mb(533mhz)+1gb(667mhz)]
    -802.11 bg wireless lan

    nak kata auto shutdown sbb panas, tk mgkin sbb ko pakai intel. tp mgkin jgk kalo debu byk kt heatsink fan dlm laptop ko tu. cuba bukak n cuci2. satu sbb cuba check RAM.

    tak tau la kalo tu yg jd prob..benda nie jd time ble nk format jek..kalo guna windows yg dh ade tu pakai 24 jam xde la plak laptop tu mati tetiba..penah jgk try pkai HDD lain nk format..tp same jek..tak tau la kot2 mobo yg prob

    time nak format @ installation... processor usage mgkin sampai 80-90%.. sbb masa tu processor punya temp mmg high la... sbb tu aku suh ko check kot2 ada sebut kt kipas or heatsink dia tu.

    nanti aku cube try tengok..payah gak nk bukak cover bawah tuh..ni model lame..kalo acer yg model baru cam kaler putih tu senang jek..

    bro.. aku rase processor ko dah nak kong tu...
    beko ko ganti baru.. biasa kalu pc asik shutdown.. ( processor or ram)..

    aku rase jerk ar..
    kalu mmber2 ko da keje kedai komputer.. suh dia try pakai processor lern..
    pastikan sama socket n ko try.. kalu xshutdown maknaye processor ko problem..
