Ntah nk buat camna kt kt Printer ni.. Xpandai la.. isk3
Dia kuar error 13.5 paper jam..
Kalau ikut 'kitab' HP.. masalah ni berpunca dari "Paper delay jam at Fuser".
Solution dia,
"Look underneath the toner cartridge and flip up the trap door with the green handle and check for obstruction in the paper path. Check the rear area of the printer for obstruction"
PS: Aku tak tau ape menda sebenarnya. Hik3
