    cuba guna combo-fix -> http://www.combofix.org/
    download, run, biar proses selesai.
    TAPI sebelum RUN, kalau blh turn off system restore.

    Saya pernah kena masalah ni. Cuba cari kat google cara nak solve tapi tak berjaya. Terpaksa format last choice.

    Ini rasanya kerja Sality.AA .. try guna ni: Sality_Off .. pastu tengok camana hasil dan buat full scan guna AntiVirus.

    combo fix. dah try le. takda kesan. sama gak. kalau boleh masuk kat safe mod saye rasa saya leh fix. tp masalahnye tak leh.
    buat info, saya dah try da combo fix tu sebelum masuk sini. mcm2 dah saya try. sama gak.

    takda cara lain ke? format leceh, lagi pun ni pc office. bayak sangat data, drawing etc.


    install programe leh. n leh guna jg. tp av je tak leh gune.

    sality off later saya gune ni.

    bukak hdd tu..
    pasang kat pc yang ada latest antivirus, malware, spyware
    scan.. kalau scan tak detect apa-apa, backup data siap-siap

    pastu pepandai la nak wat apa bila dah
    backup data

    kalau mcm tu, cuba listkan software yg dh try, supaya lebih mudah trace, atau cadangkan utk guna tools yg patut.
    selain tu skarang AV apa yg dh try install & takleh run.

    kalau dapat tau AV apa, lbh mudah.
    ada Av tertentu ada kelemahan dia mudah di"hijack"
    kalau AV tu dh kena hijack, mmg kena terminate, ganti AV lain, kalau mmg minat sgt AV tu, disabled sementara, install yg lain sementara n settle masalah. Tp skarang takleh gak nak suruh install AV lain, sbb takde maklumat lengkap lagi. Takut nak suggest, mana tau dh try apa yg bakal di suggest.

    TS mesti baca semua log scanner tu .. details in there ... ia akan tunjuk apa yang boleh dibuang, apa yang x dapat dibuang dsbnya.

    av avira. mule2 guna avg. skrang pun da taru portable av. da delete suma virus. tp sama gak. hermm. pening2. susah tu bos nak buka, pasal skrang ni keje banyak.

    Hmm.. Kalau Task Manager semua tak boleh buka.. Cuba enable kan balik guna software nie..
    Software nie boleh enable kan balik Hidden File, Task Manager semua dan lain-lain..

    Remove Restrictions Tool Tapi TRIAL je.. Boleh la guna sementara..

    Lepas tu boleh la TS cuba cari dan buang virus tu secara manual.. Memandangkan AV tak boleh buka..

    Tak pun boleh cuba scan secara online di web kaspersky ke..
