    1--try step ni ..Control Panel/system/device manager--usb root hub-update driver

    2--jika kat atas tak berkesan, Control Panel/system/device manager--usb root hub uninstall
    biar windows auto download driver..

    3--plug usb dulu pastu baru on pc

    4--uninstall chipset driver--reboot pastu baru download balik..
    pastikan uninstall guna revo uninstaller
