    saye nak mintak tolong sangat2
    ade unknown file dkat one of my computer drives laa
    name file tuu 2134bff10b621edffe15
    saye tak tau mcm mane file tuu boleh ade dekat drive saye
    then bile saye delete,tak boleh delete
    saye scan gune KIS2010 tak ade virus
    saye scan registry gune registry scanner die stuck laa
    ape nak kene buat ek?die harm drive saye tak?
    saye takut file tuu harm saye punye computer system
    so saye kene reformat ke?
    ape nak kene buat ek?

    salah tempat ni..anyway berkaitan dengan file tu aku rasa tu bukan virus..dia macam system file atau pon shadow copy..
    tak harm komputer rasa..

    ohh file nie dari windows update laa
    nak delete tapi tak tau mcm mane nak delete
    kene pki unlocker.mcm mane tuu ek?

    unlocker tu software untuk check kalau2 ada file yang dependent pada file yang ko nak delete tu.. Smile
