DiGi Prepaid
1. Current domestic call rates remain at 36 sen/min. Hit RM1 daily with any usage* to enjoy 12 sen/min for calls to all DiGi to DiGi/ DiGi to other networks and 1 sen/SMS to all DiGi to DiGi numbers.
2. For usage below RM1, all voice calls will be on 30 second charging blocks. Once a customer hits RM1 daily, a 60 second charging block will be imposed on all domestic voice calls.
3. Lower call and SMS rates are applicable to Friends and Family numbers, where relevant.
4. Customers will get an SMS notification when they hit RM1 daily. The lower call and SMS rates will be available immediately until the end of the day at 11:59:59pm.
5. Friends and Family is available to all DiGi Prepaid customers. Customers can register up to 11 DiGi numbers and 4 numbers from other networks.
6. Internet charges remain at RM0.10/10KB. After hitting daily usage of RM5, an SMS notification will be sent to customers and they will enjoy free domestic Internet usage, subject to a fair usage limit*** of 100MB until 11:59:59pm on the same day. The customers will be charged at RM0.10/10KB from 12:00:00am the following day until they hit the daily usage cap again.
7. DiGi does not guarantee the delivery of the SMS notification to customers due to failure at any point within the network which is out of DiGi's control. It would be the responsibility of the customers to be aware that the unlimited usage will be reset at said hour.
8. The Internet charges outlined above, and the free Internet usage is only applicable to domestic usage within the DiGi network. It is not applicable for customer roaming on other networks.
9. DiGi reserves the right at any point of time to restrict Internet usage based on DiGi's Fair Usage Policy or in the event of abuse or commercial purposes.
10. Any Internet usage out of DiGi domestic network shall be considered as roaming and customers will be charged GPRS Roaming charges as determined by the Roaming Operators.
11. This Internet service is optimized for web browsing on the mobile phone. It is not intended for peer to peer or file sharing applications in order to provide an optimum user experience to all DiGi customers.
12. Customers from old plans can choose to upgrade to the new DiGi Prepaid plan to enjoy greater savings. A one-off fee of RM3 will be charged. Customers cannot move back to their old plan after upgrade.
13. To upgrade, key in *128*7*2*1# and press SEND. Upgrades can also be done online by registering and logging into Online Customer Service (OCS Login) at digi.com.my. Alternatively, customers can upgrade by calling 016-221 1800 and following the step-by-step instructions given by the automated phone system.
14. Super Long Life is still available for subscription at RM30 for 1 year active line. Customers from old plans need to upgrade to the new DiGi Prepaid plan prior to subscribing to Super Long Life.
15. All other terms and conditions apply.
* Daily usage to qualify for lower call and SMS rates will be calculated from RM1 'total usage'. This includes all domestic and IDD voice calls, international roaming, SMS, MMS, and data. This however excludes services which have monthly subscriptions. This usage must be deducted from the main credit balance and not from the freebie bucket.
** When Free Talktime/Free SMS/Free Data bucket (to check for freebie availability - *128*1*5#) value is greater than zero, any transactions/usage will be firstly deducted from these buckets until it is zero value before deducting from the main credit balance.
*** Fair Usage Policy applies : If a customer exceeds 100MB of free domestic Internet usage, the customer is charged as per PAYU rates for the additional data.
