salam otai2 sekalian.......aku ada satu masalah ni tentang printer Samsung Laser Printer ML-2251N,masa tengah print tiba2 dia stop. Dia punya LED On Line/Error menyala warna merah. Lepas aku cek, ada kertas tersangkut kat belakang dia, lepas aku cabut kertas tu, dia still lagi menyala warna merah. aku dah restart, reset, print test page. sume aku dh buat. dia still jgk mcm tu.

On Line LED Is Solid Red
The following conditions can cause the On Line LED to glow solid red:

Printer paper is jammed inside your printer.
A cover is not be closed properly.
The toner cartridge is not inserted properly and needs to be reinstalled.
The toner cartridge is running low.
There is no paper in the paper tray.
The paper inside the paper tray is not be installed correctly.
Important: Before you perform any type of service on your printer that requires you to open the printer, turn the printer off, and then unplug it from the wall outlet.
