    sayer dah format laptop sebab DVD RAM nie x detect.pas format icon tu ader kat my computer...

    hari nie buker laptop x der lak dia kat my computer

    dah rosak ker aper nie?

    dvdrom tu mungkin conflict ... cuba reset default bios kat laptop tu..

    **masuk bios save to default setting...

    **nak tau problem dvdrom laptop... biasa led dvdrom tu akan bernyala selalu.. atau kejap request nak baca dvd/cd ...

    ** cuba guna clean cd.. taruk alcohol sket

    tq ayoi & yang lain yang baca problem nie...

    tp dvd rom saya x der problem yang lampu dia selalu bernyala tau..dia ok..cuma

    (1) x der icon dvd ram kat my computer

    (2) x leh baca cd skrg...mask cd lampu berkelip 5~10 sec pastu x der aper yang kuar

    cuba bagi spec detail laptop anda...
    brand n model

    jika masih warranty .. elok hantar ke pusat service n support.

    laptop ada jumpers jgk ke? aku nk tny, ko format sendiri atau kat kedai? kalau ko format sendiri ms format tu ada masalah x?

    aku rs dvd ko dah K.O.. cuba ko cabut dvdrom tu pastu, pasang blk..

    format sendiri..abis format dia sayer chek ader lak dvd ram tu.. x der masalah masa format

    sayer kalau suruh buka laptop nie takut sikit..pc x per...

    takut x leh nak pasang'

    cuba check sini.. kedai berdekatan call.. tanya dvdrom support v3500 series..
    ada gi test tengok.. biar dia cucuk detect mean dvdrom ko rosak...
