Customer Service Engineer / Assistant Customer Service Engineer (Service Desk)

Responsibilities:
Provide 1st Level Support and technical assistance to users through phone and remote dialing.
Open / Log ticket into Helpdesk System, escalate to appropriate personnel for 2nd Level Support.
Update, follow up and close tickets regularly in the Helpdesk System and proactively target to minimize pending / open tickets.
Act as single-point of contact to provide professional helpdesk support to end user or requestor.
Record and alert all incidents reported.
Provide regular reports and ensure service levels are met.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Studies / Computer Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / related field from a reputable university or higher learning institution.
Must be able to converse and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
1 position required candidate that able to converse in Chinese (Cantonese) to support Hong Kong & Macau market.
Must be able to perform overtime and staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Computer literate.
Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
